Doing Well by Doing Good
We are a national organization of independent financial advisors from all sectors of the financial services industry. We are bonded together by one core mission: to design, implement, and manage Strategic Charitable Partnerships for clients who wish to add responsible philanthropy to their wealth management. Not surprisingly, we have found that when we adopt the concept of Strategic Philanthropy, our clients may enjoy increased wealth and financial security for themselves and their families. “Doing well by doing good” is not a catch-phrase, it is a reality.

We added 405 to honor the 405 first responders who gave their lives saving others on September 11, 2001: 343 firefighters, 23 police officers, 37 Port Authority police officers, and 2 paramedics. We honor their bravery andsacrifice. We will never forget. In addition, we continue to honor and support the brave men and women who serve in our military, and their spouses and parents who spend restless nights worrying about them. Thank you for your service to our country.

Meet Dan

Dan Nigito has been serving the financial services industry for over 40 years. As the CEO of American Philanthropic Advisors, LLC, he specializes in using charitable remainder trusts, life insurance and family foundations to create strategies for wealth accumulation and preservation. His programs have saved families millions in tax dollars and created millions more for charities across the United States. Dan is an accomplished author, guest columnist and creator of the CLEARTM (Charitably Leveraged Estate Accumulation & Retirement) Plan, the nation’s first interactive, software-based financial planning program. It focuses on using charitable remainder trusts to solve common estate and retirement concerns. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and holds a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation.
