advisors.
Step 1 - Educate
We provide educational seminars, videos, webinars, and written materials for you and your advisors.
Step 2 - Design
Once we know your objectives and charitable intent, we design a charitably leveraged strategy that’s specific to you. We’ll continue to fine-tune it until you think it’s perfect.
Step 3 -Implement
Working with your professional legal, tax, and investment advisors, we’ll process all phases of your plan, from document drafting, to asset transfer, to preparation of IRS required tax forms .
Step 4 -Administration
We provide ongoing trust administration for you and your trustee (who most likely will be you) always coordinating with your tax advisor to be sure your CRT in always in compliance.
